That’s the working title (concept) of one of a dozen books that
I’m contemplating writing in my spare time. I, or anyone really,
could write a chapter on each of the foods, including recipes for
some of them.
Add you standard introduction, resources, disclaimer, etc. and
whipping out a book (ebook, physical book, audiobook, Kindle
book, videos, etc.) is a nice little “weekend project.”
Here are the foods that I would likely cover…
1. Oysters: Rich in zinc which can boost testosterone production.
2. Dark chocolate: Contains mood-boosting compounds such as
phenylethylamine and serotonin.
3. Chilies: Contain capsaicin which can increase blood flow.
4. Avocado: Rich in healthy fats which can increase testosterone
levels.
5. Figs: Rich in antioxidants and amino acids which can increase
libido.

testosterone levels.
7. Ginger: Can increase blood flow and reduce inflammation.
8. Garlic: Can improve circulation and reduce stress levels.

and erectile function.
10. Almonds: Rich in healthy fats, vitamins and minerals which
can improve overall health and boost libido.
11. Asparagus: Rich in vitamins and minerals that can improve
sexual function.
12. Honey: Contains boron which can increase testosterone levels.
13. Maca root: Can improve energy levels and increase libido.
14. Grapes: Contain resveratrol which can improve blood flow and
sexual function.
15. Eggs: High in vitamins B5 and B6 which can boost testosterone
production.
16. Salmon: Rich in omega-3 fatty acids which can improve overall
health and boost libido.
17. Walnuts: Rich in omega-3 fatty acids, L-arginine and
antioxidants which can improve sexual function.
18. Pomegranate: Rich in antioxidants and can improve blood flow.
19. Fennel: Can increase estrogen levels and improve sexual
desire.

function.

and sexual function.
25. Licorice: Can increase estrogen levels and improve sexual
desire.
Would you list others? What angle would you approach such a
writing project from?
I’m a teacher at heart, and enjoy showing those less
entrepreneurial than I am how really simple things CAN be 🙂
Writing a book like this is 95% research, and the internet makes
that REALLY easy. I would of course cite perhaps 100 sources and
medical studies, for a book like this.
This is a good topic for discussion that I think I will continue
inside my Private FB Groups, which you could probably join (for
free) by going here:
