Perhaps the very first lesson that I learned, when I first
started my online business in 1996 was that
“You Need To Build A List Or Database!”
So that’s what I focused on, and I eventually built my
database to well over 1 million subscribers.

more important than quantity!

with them multiple times. It’s also OK to drive them to an
opt-in page and THEN immediately forward them to an offer.
People sorta need to get to know-like-trust you before
they will generally buy from you. That’s just human nature.
I’m 67 years old and first started copywriting when I was
14 year old and had my own mail order business. I’ve
